Cell Therapeutics About
Cell Therapeutics: Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTI) develops,
acquires and commercializes novel treatments for cancer. The Company's research

more effective ways to treat cancer. Cell Therapeutics markets TRISENOX

United States and in the European Union. CTI is developing XYOTAX for
the treatment of non-small cell lung

the treatment of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma
(NHL), and plans to initiate a pivotal phase III trial for relapsed, aggressive
NHL. In addition, the Company is developing CT-2106 for the treatment of colorectal,
ovarian and small cell lung cancer. CTI's product pipeline includes one

development — XYOTAX™ and pixantrone — and several clinical (including
CT-2106 for the treatment
of colorectal, ovarian and small cell lung cancer) and preclinical product
candidates that may address the therapeutic limitations of conventional cancer
